UPC will begin participating in the NexTrex® Plastic Film Recycling Challenge on September 22!
Please start bringing your qualifying soft film plastics and packaging — including plastic grocery/shopping bags, bread and cereal bags, bubble wrap, shipping envelopes, sandwich bags and other plastics — and drop them into one of UPC’s NexTrex collection bins. If we collect over 1,000 pounds of acceptable plastic in a 12-month period, UPC will win a Trex® composite bench made of recycled plastic!
All plastic must be clean, dry, and free of food residue, with stickers and labels removed. Collection bins are located in the Dunham Hall lobby.
