Dates: Dec. 4-6, 2024
Location: St. Francis Springs in Stoneville, NC
Begin the season of Advent and prepare for the coming of Christ with quiet reflection and sacred music. In the beautiful natural setting of the St. Francis Springs Prayer Center, this retreat invites you to breathe with God, pray with others, and rest in stillness. It will be two days of personal retreat with one evening of a special worship service in the Taize tradition. Rev. Hadley Kifner will lead one small group reflection session each day and a simple closing prayer service in the all-glass chapel in the woods. If you are looking for an opportunity to slow down, make room for the Christ child in your heart, and experience simple awe and wonder with candles, song, and nature in winter, this retreat is made for you!
